Job Description Oversee tax reporting processes and ensure compliance with all tax obligations Provide advice and guidance on tax matters to internal stakeholders Implement tax strategies to minimise tax liabilities Prepare tax returns and other necessary documentation Develop and maintain relationships with tax authorities Stay updated on changes in tax legislation and ensure company's compliance Liaise with external auditors and manage tax audits Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals The Successful Applicant A successful In House Tax Reporting Manager should have: A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Professional accreditation such as ACCA, CTA, or equivalent Proficiency in tax reporting and knowledge of tax laws and regulations Excellent leadership and team management skills Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office applications What's on Offer A competitive salary package, ranging from £60,000 to £70,000 per annum A supportive and nurturing work environment Generous holiday leave Opportunities for professional development and growth within the company We invite all qualified candidates to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team.
