Role Overview PCCWG is seeking an experienced Data Analyst and Project Manager to join the Operations team to lead deployment of SMS A2P Value Max solution into Mobile Operator networks globally. Key Responsibilities Ownership and maintenance of the projects plans, actively tracking deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, the change control log and communication of these within the Sales, product teams and with the customers. Deliver regular reports to customers and hold regular meetings/calls with customers to update on monetization project and delivered reports Well versed with Roaming and SMS (SS7, SMSIW, SMPP, APIs) Should be able to handle queries with roaming operators on identifying grey routes. Work with the Sales and Product Management team to ensure accurate and timely reporting on project performance Co-ordinate weekly meetings/conference project update calls with our customers internal & External. Escalate any risk to quality, budget or schedule to Product and Sales Head Being well versed with the Firewall to apply/ amend rules & extract required information from logs Monitor the SMS Platform, trends, anomalies, revenue, margin, daily and weekly reports to be shared. Carry out regular Market Intelligence on our mobile operator customers. Carry out regular Trend analysis on A2P traffic looking for activity that would not be aligned with seasonal characteristics, growth patterns, and established trends. Carry out daily checks to minimize revenue leakage and report on same. The ability to work with Mobile Operators & Aggregators to resolve billing discrepancies in a transparent way with supporting documentation. Requirements University degree with a minimum of 5 years Project management experience preferably in Telecoms/IT Proven track record in Data Analysis and Project Management Knowledge and experience of Data Analyst Disciplines (Risk, Issue, Trends, Anomalies, Business Forecast, Change, Deliverable Management) Should have worked in the roaming domain. Should be able to handle roaming queries work on roaming testing and able to read roaming agreements. Excellent analytical, communication and presentation skills Strong listening, analytical, problem solving and negotiation skills, with close attention to detail Ability to analyse problems and make well-reasoned, sound decisions Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with clients through excellent delivery, understanding and meeting customer needs, while looking after commercial interests by being firm around the definition of deliverables, and managing change to avoid scope creep Ability to travel to customer sites globally if required. Ability to multi-task and prioritize workloads, strong time-management skills Clear, articulate and concise verbal and written communication Self-starter with the ability to work in a pressurized environment Experience in Service Management highly desirable
