Excellent written and verbal communication skills including social media Experience of leading an inclusive and diverse team with the ability to identify support needs and upskill others Current knowledge & understanding of Health & Safety regulations & risk assessments Full clean UK driving licence and own transport IT skills and confident with cash flow, cashing up, Cybertill or similar systems and understanding basic retail accounts information Keen interest in retail – fashion, homeware, current trends and strong merchandising skills Flexible and resilient to enable efficient daily operations and processes in a busy retail environment Window dressing experience Knowledge of the charity sector and working with volunteers Knowledge of healthcare and/or end-of-life care Able to manage own workload independently Our Offer to You:
