Sheridan Maine is delighted to be partnering with an esteemed organisation based in Bath to recruit a Finance Business Partner. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established and high-performing finance team in a newly created role that promises both challenge and reward.

As the Finance Business Partner, you will play a pivotal role in supporting key stakeholders and driving financial performance. This position offers a unique opportunity to bring together statutory and management accounting expertise, providing strategic insights that will contribute to the organisation's success.

Your responsibilities as the Finance Business Partner will include: Manage and oversee the preparation of monthly management accounts. Develop and maintain annual budgets and quarterly forecasts. Monitor and review debtors to mitigate risks. Collaborate closely with other teams to drive alignment and outcomes. Provide financial and commercial insights to support decision-making processes. Deliver financial analysis and present monthly commentary to leadership teams. Coordinate with Group and Regional finance teams to ensure seamless financial operations. Manage and take ownership of multiple cost centres within the organisation. Produce ad hoc reports, presentations, and respond to information requests as required. Continuously identify and implement process improvements within the role. To be considered for the role of Finance Business Partner:

You will be a qualified finance professional (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA) with strong technical and commercial acumen. Proven experience in statutory and management accounting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels. Highly organised with the proven ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines.
