Operations Director
Permanent position working for a social housing contractor on planned and refurbishment works based in Waltham Cross. Depending on your location, you could be overseeing contracts across the home counties, Hertfordshire, Essex, London, and the southeast; so, you must be happy with daily travel to your projects. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established property services contractor with their roots firmly within the social housing sector. The company has an excellent portfolio of contracts and long-term partnering frameworks across the UK with a strong contract order book. The Property Operations Director will oversee the management of contracts and their ongoing planned and refurbishment programs, analyzing delivery against targets. The role will involve collaborating with various teams within the organization and working closely with and reporting into the overall UK Head of Operations, ensuring the smooth operation and delivery of projects under your control. With an excellent tradition of building and maintaining social housing developments and strong partnerships across the social housing sector, working with local authorities, housing associations, and social landlords, this role will see you lead a management and delivery team for the multiple projects and frameworks under your control.
