Site Manager New Build Social Housing West Yorkshire GBP50-55k plus package Are you an experienced new build social housing Site Manager? Are you looking for permanent work locally? TS Recruitment are actively working with a new build social housing contractor who is looking to add an additional Site Manager to the growing team. Benefits GBP50k per annum Company car or car allowance 28 days annual leave including bank holidays Pension after 3 months qualifying Job Role & Responsibilities: Oversee new build social housing contracts. Manage direct labour and sub-contractors offering technical advice when needed. Ensure the site programme is followed and timescales are met. Attend site meetings with the client and building control. Commercially aware and ensure the project is completed within budget. Provide progress updates for the Contracts Manager. Order materials and plant for site. Carry out toolbox talks and ensure health and safety processes are followed. Quality control responsibilities evidencing and uploading work on the relevant systems. Company Details Specialist new build social housing contractor. Work on projects from 10-40 units. Work for authorities on several frameworks. Stable business that can offer long term career opportunities. Knowledge/Experience: A proven record of delivering new build social housing projects. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications. Driving license. Good IT skills and able to complete technical reports. Preferably from a trade background.
