As a Network Presales Consultant, you will play a leading role in driving the data center solutions business by working closely with the sales and technical teams to identify client needs, design custom solutions, and support the sales process. Your expertise in networking, data center technologies, and customer engagement will be crucial in helping us secure new business and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and develop tailored data center solutions that meet their needs. Lead technical presentations, product demonstrations, and solution workshops for clients, highlighting the value of our offerings. Design, configure, and validate network and data center solutions, including LAN/WAN, security, virtualization, and cloud integration. Provide technical guidance and expertise throughout the sales cycle, from initial consultation to post-sale support. Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFP responses, and other documentation required for sales opportunities. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in data center solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Conduct training sessions and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as a Presales Consultant, Network Engineer, or similar role, with a focus on data center solutions. Strong knowledge of data center technologies, including networking, storage, virtualization, and cloud computing. Experience with network design, implementation, and troubleshooting, preferably in a data center environment. Familiarity with industry-leading vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, VMware, and Microsoft. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CCNP, VCP, etc.) are a plus.
