The Role

You will join a strong and established team, working alongside a longstanding director approaching retirement, with a view to taking over the department in the short-medium term.

The work will be varied and very interesting including but not limited to wills, tax planning, gifts of deed, probate and administration of estates, creation of trusts, powers of attorney, deputyship and support for the elderly.

With the support of the wider partnership team on-hand, you'll contribute to the development of the department and drive the business forward.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who may have hit a glass ceiling in their current role, with equity partnership on the table for the right candidate, which is a very lucrative prospect.

Requirements: You will be a private client solicitor with at least 7 years PQE You will have solid knowledge and experience across all aspects of private client law You will have a proven track record in business development & a history of strong billings You will be confident in managing your own busy caseload of matters, delegating to junior fee-earners and the ability to work under the pressure of tight deadlines You will be highly meticulous, commercially focused and outcome orientated Salary & Benefits: Salary is negotiable depending on experience Equity Partnership is an achievable and lucrative prospect Excellent employee benefits package Regular team social events This is a stand-out opportunity with exciting prospects for a Private Client Senior Associate / Partner to join this successful and reputable firm with offices across Norfolk and Cambridgeshire.
