What We’re Looking For:
A qualified Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive with 3+ years’ experience
Applications from full-time and part-time candidates are welcome
Unqualified personal injury fee earners with strong experience are also encouraged to apply
Willingness to attend the Exeter office at least once a week
What You’ll Do:
Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including:
Claimant cases
Fast-track and multi-track files
RTA, EL and PL claims
Experience in clinical negligence is advantageous but not essential
Participate in marketing and business development activities to grow the caseload and team
What You’ll Bring:
Strong experience in personal injury law
A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently when required
A proactive mindset for delivering excellent client service
A team-oriented approach, with a willingness to contribute to the success of the practice
