At Kaleidoscope Kids Early Learning Centres, we are passionate about people. We know that our Managers and educators are instrumental in creating the environments and programs that support the best possible outcomes for children in early childhood. We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated and passionate Centre Manager to join the Kaleidoscope Kids family. This is a 136 place, seven room centre. Our centres are family owned, well resourced and purpose-built. To be considered for this position, you must have: At least 3 years experience as a Centre Manager Diploma in Early Childhood Education or a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education Current Positive Notice Blue Card and Police Check A high level of understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS) and the ability to develop a strong Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) A strong understanding of the Queensland Kindy Learning Guidelines Experience managing and complying with Child Care Subsidy Legislation Experience with Qikkids and Microsoft Office Experience with the Rating and Assessment process is an advantage Ability to develop strong community connections within the local community Ability to lead and mentor a team of qualified and committed early childhood professionals High level of verbal and written communication skills Current first aid, including CPR, as well as anaphylaxis and asthma management Duties for this position will include: Provide leadership and guidance to staff and ensure high-quality programs are consistently delivered Build and maintain strong relationships with educators, families, and children and develop strong connections within the local community Manage the day-to-day operations of the centre in line with legislative requirements, company policies and procedures, as well as funding guidelines Manage staffing and rosters efficiently and effectively and meet company KPIs Deliver consistent high-quality standards for centre presentation Only suitable applicants will be contacted.
