Social Housing Maintenance
Resourcing Group is working with a national maintenance contractor who carry out planned maintenance, supporting local Housing Associations. This particular role is available to join the local regional office, based in Plymouth. The role itself will predominantly be site-based and will involve managing and overseeing around 4 open properties undergoing planned works at the same time.
The properties will mostly be occupied, and they are experiencing roofing repair works, so knowledge of planned maintenance, in particular roofing repairs, is critical. Essential Responsibilities Roofing repairs knowledge Planned maintenance within people's homes SMSTS 1st Aid Asbestos awareness - we can assist with you redoing this if yours has expired This role will initially be a temporary/freelance position.
