Job Description:

Your next challenge:

Serve as a strategic HR partner to senior management for a specific business unit or department.

Develop and implement HR programs and initiatives to support business goals.

Provide guidance and support on complex HR issues, including employee relations and performance management.

Collaborate with HR teams to develop and deliver training and development programs.

Monitor and report on HR metrics and performance.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.

You’re a match:

Certifications Requirements:

Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) or equivalent preferred.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Master’s degree preferred.

Work Experience Requirements:

7+ years of experience in HR business partnering.

3+ years in a senior HR role.

Languages:
