The Role We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Executive to join our team on a maternity cover contract. In this role, you will play a vital role in sourcing, engaging, and onboarding exceptional talent for our pharmaceutical and healthcare clients. You'll work closely with stakeholders to understand recruitment needs, identify top talent, and ensure a seamless candidate experience. Key Responsibilities:

Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job brief to candidate placement. Collaborate with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies aligned with business needs. Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract talent. Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews to assess suitability. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams. Coordinate onboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new hires. Maintain accurate records and generate reports on recruitment metrics. What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of recruitment platforms, ATS systems, and sourcing tools.
