Job Description
The Commercial Litigation Solicitor will deal with a range of work including;
Dealing with a range of disputes from contractual disputes to procurement, IT and outsourcing disputes
Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation's, and arbitration's.
Advising clients across a range of sectors including energy, FS, retail and logistics
Supporting Partners on high value disputes
Being a mentor to junior team members
Taking an active role in business development.
The Successful Applicant The successful Commercial Litigation Solicitor should have: A track record as a Disputes lawyer gained at a leading firm Strong academics Strong knowledge of commercial litigation processes and procedures. Ties to Leeds Likely to be 4-8 years PQE What's on Offer A competitive salary ranging between £72,000 and £85,000 per annum. A generous holiday allowance of 25 days. A company pension scheme contributing 5%. A performance-based bonus scheme. The flexibility of hybrid working. Comprehensive health care benefits and life assurance.
