Client Details The company is a reputable and innovative organisation operating in the manufacturing sector. Description Deliver accurate, insightful financial reporting to support budget and forecast achievement. Lead the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial strategic plans for the site. Ensure full compliance with company finance policies and controls. Act as a finance partner to assess and present financial impacts of business decisions. Prepare robust business cases to support investment and operational decisions. Provide financial approvals for customer quotes and proposals. Maintain accurate financial accounting and reporting for the site. Implement and manage financial systems, including standard costing. Monitor and address standard cost variances, proposing corrective actions. Ensure compliance with customer-mandated financial reporting requirements. Collaborate with auditors for smooth and efficient site audits. Mitigate foreign currency exposure risks. Submit tax packs to support group UK tax liability calculations. Work with site leadership to improve manufacturing efficiency and profitability. Provide leadership and management to assigned staff. Support group finance projects, including financial controls reviews and process improvements.
