Personal Injury Solicitor/FILEX

Wirral An established and growing law firm is seeking an experienced RTA Solicitor/FILEX to join their dedicated team. This opportunity arises due to the continued development and expansion of the department. The ideal candidate will have over 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) and a proven history of managing a litigated caseload at all stages, including fast-track matters, with exposure to multi-track cases. A comprehensive understanding of the entire RTA process from start to finish is essential. A minimum of 2 years of claimant personal injury experience, including RTA, EL, and PL cases. Proficiency in liaising with courts and barristers, instructing experts, and briefing counsel as part of general case preparation. Strong communication and persuasion skills, with the ability to articulate the benefits of instructing the firm and secure client funds. Demonstrated ability to accurately value cases and provide high-quality advice across a broad range of issues. Strong relationship-building skills with clients, colleagues, and service providers, and an effective team player. Solid IT skills, including familiarity with case management systems. A commercial mindset with good financial management of files and caseloads. Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working independently. Professional presentation, punctuality, and a flexible approach to workload management.
