Key Responsibilities of the Commercial Litigation Solicitor: Provide strategic legal advice to clients. Assess the strengths and weaknesses of cases. Develop strong tactical litigation strategies. Manage relationships with third parties, shareholders, and employees. Protect client assets and negotiate financing agreements. Attend mediation and settlement meetings. Issue court proceedings and handle disclosure and witness statements. Prepare trial bundles and court documentation.
