Job Description Manage and oversee diverse NFP client portfolio Ensure high-quality service and client satisfaction Lead and supervise audit teams Coordinate with other departments for cross-functional tasks Prepare and present audit reports Identify and implement process improvements Adhere to industry regulations and company policies Engage in continuous professional development activities The Successful Applicant A successful Audit Manager should have: A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Professional qualification such as ACA, ACCA, or equivalent Proven experience in managing audits for NFP clients Strong knowledge of professional services industry Excellent leadership and team management skills Sound understanding of audit regulations and standards Excellent communication and client service skills What's on Offer An estimated salary range of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum A supportive and collaborative work environment Opportunities for continuous professional development Competitive holiday leave package Promote work, life, balance
