Venn Group have been approached by a Housing Association to introduce the following position available:
Position: Welfare and Financial Support Advisor
Location: Liverpool - Hybrid role
Rate:
£20.00 p/hour (Umbrella rate) Length:
8 weeks with chances of extension Hours:
37 hours p/week (Mon-Fri) The role will predominantly involve: Delivering interventions and specialist support to customers through a partnership approach, promoting financial wellbeing and maximising income for customers and the Business. Delivering a person-centred advocacy model for financial wellbeing and signposting to specialist support. Providing money management/budgeting skills and identifying available financial support, either through benefits eligibility or signposting to other specialist agencies that could support the customer. Completing affordability assessments for customers. Providing an advisory service to customers. Minimum Requirements: To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience in a customer-facing role, prior experience specific to the provision of financial support, and/or a comprehensive understanding of issues relating to financial difficulties and/or welfare benefits. The successful candidate will need to be available to start within a 1-week notice to be considered for this role.
