safe and compliant environments
(approx. 20% on-site).
Conduct
audits, risk assessments,
and deliver
practical solutions .
Champion a
positive Health & Safety culture
across all teams.
Mentor and guide staff, driving
continuous improvement initiatives .
What We’re Looking For: Strong
Health & Safety experience
in
construction or manufacturing
(other backgrounds welcome!).
Knowledge of
office-based and operational safety requirements .
NEBOSH-certified
or equivalent, with up-to-date regulatory knowledge.
A
hands-on approach
and enthusiasm for site visits.
Confident communicator with the ability to
engage and influence
at all levels.
