The Role
Successful applicants will be responsible for: Ensuring that all safety standards and job specifications are met. Coordinating and managing construction projects from start to finish. The management and monitoring of contractors to ensure the work is completed on schedule and to the required quality. Overseeing and supervising the project to ensure the client's specifications and requirements are met. Plant and material selection. Inspecting the safety of the team and ensuring a safe work environment.
Skills & Qualifications
You will possess the following essential skills and qualifications: Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) CDM Regulations A good understanding of building regulations and methods The ability to read and understand plans and programmes is essential A qualification in management or equivalent work experience is required Exceptional communication skills
