Fire and Security Engineer . If you're the kind of person who enjoys solving technical issues, working with cutting-edge systems, and providing top-notch service, this could be your next role.
What You'll Be Doing (It's More Than Just Fixing Beeping Boxes):
Install, Maintain & Commission : Fire alarms, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems across various sites. Diagnose & Repair : Identify faults and fix them efficiently-bonus points if you can do it before anyone panics. Customer Interaction : Explaining issues and solutions in a way that even the least tech-savvy can understand. Compliance : Ensuring all work meets industry standards-because shortcuts aren't an option.
What We're Looking For (Besides Your Toolbox):
Experience : You've been in the fire and security industry long enough to know your way around various systems without needing a manual. Technical Skills : Confident in installations, servicing, and fault-finding across multiple systems. Problem-Solving Abilities : Able to keep calm and fix things under pressure. Full Driving Licence : Because getting to site by bike isn't practical.
