A steel company is currently looking for a Senior Estimator to join their team in Ashford, Kent.
Important Details :
Full-time : £55,000 - £65,000 per year + package (health benefits, pension scheme, performance bonus scheme) Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 08:00am - 5:00pm
Duties : Estimate structural and architectural metalwork by analysing project drawings, specifications, and tender documents. Prepare accurate estimates within tight deadlines. Monitor project costs and provide regular updates to senior management. Attend site meetings for initial project and pre-start discussions. Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Secure project bids through negotiation and value engineering. Qualifications Required : Minimum 3 years' experience as an estimator in the metalwork industry Meticulous attention to detail Strong understanding of construction drawings and steelwork specifications Proficient in MS Office Suite, especially Excel Excellent communication and organisational skills Interested candidates, please send your most up-to-date CV.
