native Malay speaker fluent in Chinese , possessing over 10 years of progressive experience in luxury hospitality or elite household management. This role requires not only exceptional leadership skills to inspire and coordinate our dedicated team but also profound functional expertise in the art of butler service. Key Responsibilities: Leadership and Coordination

As the Head Butler, you will build, lead and inspire a talented team of household staff, fostering a culture of excellence and commitment to service. Your expertise will guide the team in upholding the highest standards, ensuring every detail is meticulously managed.

Exemplary Butlership

With your extensive knowledge of hospitality, you will oversee the execution of exquisite meals and sophisticated events. You will ensure that every service is a reflection of elegance and refinement, adhering to the finest standards of etiquette.

Daily Management

Take charge of the household’s daily operations, ensuring a seamless environment of comfort and luxury. Develop innovative systems for efficient management, enhancing the living experience for family members and guests alike.

Dining and Service Management

Craft detailed dining plans and coordinate culinary activities, managing an exquisite inventory of dining supplies. Provide exemplary service during meals and special occasions, creating unforgettable moments for all who are welcomed into the home.

Event Planning

Orchestrate and execute grand family events and intimate gatherings, attending to every detail from décor to guest management. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to hospitality will ensure that each occasion is nothing short of spectacular.

Support for Family Members

Anticipate the needs and preferences of family members, providing personalized support that reflects their unique lifestyle. Manage calendars, travel arrangements, and special requests with precision and grace. Travel with the family as required.

Communication and Coordination

Maintain harmonious communication with all household staff and external partners, ensuring the smooth operation of the estate. Proactively address any issues, cultivating an environment of trust and cooperation.

Job Requirements: Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in high-end hospitality or luxury household management, with a proven record of leadership and functional expertise. Native Malay speaker with fluency in Chinese. An unwavering commitment to service excellence, with a keen attention to detail and the highest ethical standards. A willingness to travel as needed. Candidates with less experience but great potential will also be considered for the Butler position as a starting role. Work location: Singapore, relocation provided.
