Your New Company A leading employer in West London is recruiting a Head of FP&A. This is the UK entity of a highly successful global business. Your New Role This exciting Head of FP&A role will play a pivotal part within the senior leadership team. You will work closely with the FD, MD, and Group function. Leading a team of 4, you will take charge of the financial corporate three-year plan and quarterly forecasts. You will drive the development plan, analysis, and systems. Key duties will include working with management teams to build robust budgets, challenging business performance, and helping determine future strategy and objectives. You will develop detailed planning models to improve efficiency and performance, enhance systems and technology to achieve better results, and use your analytical skills to maximise profits and results. You will also produce business cases for projects and solutions to support senior managers' decisions, and business partner with 2 Operations Directors to drive performance. As a senior manager, you will support the Finance Director and the wider finance team.

What You'll Need to Succeed ACA / ACCA or CIMA qualified Substantial experience in FP&A within a similar-sized business (£700 million turnover) Proven track record of improving processes, procedures, and managing change Experience in developing and leading a team What You'll Get in Return Salary level of £90,000 to £110,000, with an excellent benefits package Hybrid working, 4 days in the office, 1 day from home Future career progression Parking and an easy walk from the station What You Need to Do Now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
