Head of Product and Technology
to join their growing team. Currently my client has an office in the North West of the UK, however will be opening a London base. Until open this will be a fully remote role, with a view to go in to their London office 1-2 days per week. This is offering a market leading salary + company share options. Requirements Professional Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management, technology, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. Proven experience in cybersecurity. Demonstrated success in driving product innovation and executing technology strategies that support rapid growth and scalability. Strong experience managing and delivering complex, cross-functional projects with agile methodologies. Technical Skills: Deep understanding of product management principles, software development lifecycle, and best practices in cybersecurity and data protection. Proficiency in modern technology stacks and cloud computing; familiarity with cybersecurity protocols and compliance is a plus. Experience with data-driven product optimization and using analytics tools to make informed product decisions. Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire technical and non-technical teams. A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to make data-informed decisions.
