DCS Recruitment are looking for an experienced Civils Site Manager to oversee a remediation project in Salford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule and budget. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and exceptional organisational and communication skills.
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 14 - 16 weeks
Key Responsibilities:
Site Management
Lead and manage all on-site construction operations
Maintain a safe and compliant work environment
Ensure that all construction work at the site complies with industry standards, codes, and regulations
Ensure all workers and subcontractors adhere to safety protocols
Requirements:
CSCS
SMSTS
Experience in civil engineering projects
Minimum 4 years experience as a Site Manager within heavy civil engineering and remediation works
