As General Manager, you'll take charge of steering the strategic direction, leading a skilled team, and driving operational excellence. From implementing Lean practices to ensuring exceptional customer experiences, your leadership will be key to the ongoing success and growth of Greenhill Kitchens.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all aspects of business operations, including production, design, sales, and customer service. Develop and execute strategic growth plans to expand market presence. Drive operational efficiency and workplace organization using Lean principles. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry partners.

About You:

We're looking for a proven leader with experience in kitchen manufacturing, fit-out, or a related industry. You'll need a strong track record of managing teams, driving operational improvements, and delivering exceptional results. Other qualities we value include: Exceptional leadership and communication skills. A results-driven mindset with a passion for innovation. Experience in implementing efficiency-focused practices, such as Lean principles. A commitment to quality, customer satisfaction, and team development.
