Project Manager Profession Partners is recruiting a Site Manager to join our client, a leading 5 developer. The multi-phase development is near Arundel, West Sussex, consisting of over 200 traditional build houses and apartments. There are 3+ years remaining on the project. It's a permanent position with a negotiable salary. Responsibilities: Oversee the construction site and ensure that the project runs smoothly. Manage and coordinate subcontractors and trades on-site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes. Communicate with the Project Manager regarding project progress and issues. Maintain quality control throughout the construction process. Minimum Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential construction. Strong understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
