Credit Controller Opportunity
Salary: 26,000 per annum
Location: Carlisle (6 - Month Contract)

proactive and dedicated Credit Controller
to join their dynamic finance team on a 6 month contract (MAT Cover). If you're looking for a role where your expertise will be valued, this could be the perfect fit for you! What You'll Bring: Proven track record in credit control, with the ability to manage processes confidently. Familiarity with credit agencies and procedures. Strong communication skills, particularly over the phone. Keen attention to detail and precision in all tasks. Competency in Excel and Outlook; SAP Business One experience is a bonus. Responsibilities: Take full ownership of your own ledger. Proactively engage with customers to ensure timely payments, contributing to both individual and team targets. Accurately allocate incoming payments to customer accounts. Collaborate with internal teams, nationwide branches, and external stakeholders to efficiently resolve any issues. Handle customer inquiries via phone, addressing concerns or forwarding them to the relevant departments. Maintain a detailed, up-to-date ledger, following company guidelines on potential bad debts.
