Executive Search Recruitment Consultant – European Tax Desk Permanent People have been engaged exclusively to work with a leading London-based recruitment business, in the hiring of an experienced recruitment professional to work within their European Tax team. The Role Our client is a well-established recruitment business operating within the Tax sector for a number of years. Due to strategic growth plans, they are now looking for a recruiter to join them and help build out their work in the European Tax market. You’ll work with large multinational companies across Europe, particularly within the DACH and Benelux regions. Networking and a search approach to client mandates are key, and the majority of the work will be retained and exclusive. Quality business development is essential, as is building a solid network of clients and candidates across Europe. There will be existing clients to leverage from, and our client has a very strong past in working within the European market. There is an opportunity to earn well on large fees up to £70k, with salary levels starting from £80k upwards. Your Experience Our client is looking to attract an experienced recruiter, ideally with a background in Tax, Financial Services, or more generally across a niche Professional Services background. Ideally, you will have worked on retained mandates or within a senior appointments desk previously. If you have European language skills, that would also be welcomed.
