The Opportunity: Spire Solicitors is seeking a dynamic and detail-orientated Solicitor or Conveyancer to join our expanding New Build team. Working in a collaborative environment, this new position offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with developers, buyers and investors and will be pivotal to ensuring that our clients experience a professional and efficient service. The Candidate: We are looking for a candidate who: Is a Qualified Solicitor/ Legal Executive or Licenced Conveyancer with at least 5 years PQE or who is a Residential/Commercial Conveyancer with fee earning experience. Has previous experience working on New Build purchase and sales matters. Has a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care. Is commercially astute. Has a thorough working knowledge of Conveyancing practice and procedures. Is organised, process driven and IT literate with experience using a case management system. Can provide us with evidence of their previous billing and financial performance. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing multiple tasks and have a good attention to detail. They should be a team-player who can quickly gain the trust of their team and clients as well as our professional colleagues in this demanding area of legal work. The Role: This role will see the successful candidate undertaking the following tasks: Efficient handling of a varied caseload of new build property transactions. Liaising with clients, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless transaction process. Providing expert guidance and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and financial requirements. Maintaining accurate records and documentation for each transaction. Contributing to a positive and supportive team dynamic.
