Job Description Currently, we have an excellent opportunity for a Lead Nurse to join a dynamic, multidisciplinary team focused on substance misuse and recovery services. This role offers a chance to lead, inspire, and develop a team while making a meaningful difference to individuals on their recovery journey. You will play a key part in shaping the service, working collaboratively with professionals to deliver high-quality care. Salary:

£44,292.60 – £48,493.54 + London Allowance £2163.27 Position:

Croydon, London Your responsibilities will include: Leading and motivating the nursing team to excellence. Developing and implementing clinical and wellbeing interventions. Providing clinical and managerial supervision to nursing staff. Ensuring services meet professional standards and guidelines. Managing the clinical aspects of service delivery and quality. Collaborating with the lead doctor and other professionals. Promoting infection control and safeguarding best practices. Contributing to clinical audits and continuous improvement. Supporting the development of new clinical services. Assisting in the management of emergencies and critical situations. For this role, we’re looking for someone who has: Experience in leadership within a healthcare setting. Strong clinical knowledge and experience in addiction services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage risk. Knowledge of clinical governance and national standards.
