Senior Quantity Surveyor – £55K–£65K + £4K Car Allowance St Paul’s, London | Permanent | Full-time | Hybrid Join a fast-growing consultancy working on residential refurbishments, insurance reinstatement, and new build projects across London. Act as Employer’s Agent on Design & Build schemes. Mentor and train junior staff, including apprentices. Manage client relationships and deliver projects on time. What You’ll Need 5+ years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor in a consultancy. Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field. MRICS qualification or working towards it (within 2 years).
