Project Manager (Training in Renewable Energy)
Location: Exeter / Devon
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Technical Training + Training into Biomass Industry + Career Development / Progression + Flexitime after 6 months + Employee Welfare Benefits Package + Increasing Holiday Allowance + Pension + Future Progression in other Renewables
Are you experienced in project management or coordination and looking for long-term job security where you will be trained in the renewable energy market?
Do you want to receive technical training to become a specialist in biomass boilers within an organisation committed to employee development and progression?
This company specializes in biomass boilers, offering full solutions to customers, including design, installation, and maintenance. They work across the UK on domestic and commercial properties, being market leaders with an excellent reputation. They are also moving into new renewable energy technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Full project lifecycle management of biomass installations and maintenance services across the UK. Project planning and scheduling. Contractor and Sub-Contractor management. Client relationship building. On-site and office support, including design and survey duties.
The Candidate: Experienced in Project Management / Coordination, with experience in managing multiple complex projects. Can come from a variety of backgrounds such as construction, agricultural, or M&E, as the technical side can be fully trained. Willing to stay away up to 4 nights a month - fully expensed. Looking to secure a skillset within the renewable energy market, driven by training and career progression.
