Job Description

Customer Insights Analyst | Arts & Culture | London/Hybrid | £40,000-£45,000 DOE We are working on an exciting opportunity with a company in the Arts & Culture space, who are hiring a Customer Insights Analyst to join their team. The Role Reporting to the Head of Analytics, you will lead customer reporting, analyse data, and collaborate with teams to drive projects. You’ll provide actionable insights and realistic recommendations to the business. Using strong communication and presentation skills, you’ll effectively share findings, build stakeholder relationships, and support internal teams in understanding customers. The Candidate Key attributes of the suitable Customer Insight Analyst include: 2+ years of experience working in the Data Analytics or Customer Insights Space Proficiency working with SQL; PowerBI is also a plus Ability to produce actionable insights for a variety of different stakeholders
