Audit Manager to join a leading Plymouth firm of chartered accountants. Career progression as key support to the firms RI & Audit Partner About Our Client Based in the firms Plymouth office the firm has a wide ranging client base with clients ranging from voluntary audit clients through to large corporates OMBs, subsidiaries of international businesses, groups, charities and other clients .The firm has a real focus on people development, with clear career development paths and appraisal systems in place and the firm offers a mix of home to office working, flexible hours, with highly competitive remuneration and benefit packages. Job Description Joining as Audit Manager based from the firms Plymouth offices you will manage the planning, delivery and full audit services, working closely with the firms audit directors and senior leadership team as a key managerial support. to a wide ranging portfolio of clients across varying industry sectors and turnover ranges. You will lead and develop your client relationships and work with the wider advisory teams on delivering wider project work and play a key role in managing, developing and growing the wider audit and accounts team. A clear progression path is on offer and you will opportunity to progress in your career within a regional, leading firm of accountants. The Successful Applicant You will be ACA/ACCA qualified, or equivalent with a career background wither focused entirely within audit, or mixed across audit and accounts etc, developed within a UK accountancy practice firm environment ranging from any of the Top 4/10/ Mid- Tier or regional, independent firm backgrounds. You will have developed your career to either the Audit Senior levels, looking to step up in into this level of role. Or you may be an existing Audit Manager level professional and you will be looking for an opportunity where you can see a genuine clear progression and development path on offer. What's on Offer £40,000 - £55,000 plus benefits, negotiable around experience level and background.
