We are currently seeking a dedicated
Team Manager
to join a Learning Disabilities service! This is a
full-time, on-site role
based Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The role involves managing a team of support workers and ensuring the smooth operation of a vital service.
Key Responsibilities: 1-to-1 Sessions:
Work directly with Support Workers to provide guidance and support Rota Management:
Organise and oversee the staff rota to ensure proper coverage Medications & Support Plans:
Monitor medication schedules and review support plans, ensuring they are signed off by the Operations Manager Car Driver Required:
On-site parking is available, and you'll need to be a driver to attend appointments About the Service: Service Users:
Provide care for
individuals
with learning disabilities Care Needs:
The individuals have medium to high care needs, with some requiring 1-1 support due to high needs Commissioned by Local Authority:
The service is fully supported and commissioned by the local authority Additional Information: Location:
