Help build our Stores section of the Computerised Maintenance Management System. Monitoring and replenishing stock. Picking, checking and accurate counting of parts. Responsible for checking products to ensure correct parts are assigned to the correct jobs. Processing and updating purchase orders on the business's bespoke system. Following up on all orders via the order process, liaising with customers and drivers regarding stock and delivery timescales. Check returned items are intact and not damaged and report any damages to or defective materials and equipment. Comply with all company guidelines to ensure the company achieves the required level of quality standards. Ensure stores cleanliness at all times. Skills Required:
Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft and other computer programmes. Ability to adapt to a changing environment and contribute to business growth. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team. Willingness to learn and progress. Flexible to work overtime during busy periods.
