We are currently seeking a HR Business Partner to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key player in developing and implementing HR initiatives across our diverse range of locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to our business goals. Key Responsibilities

Provide HR support and guidance to managers and employees across multiple sites. Manage employee relations issues and support managers in handling complex cases. Work closely with field-based staff, ensuring their HR needs are met and they feel connected to the wider business. Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives. Support recruitment, onboarding, and retention of high-quality staff. Lead on HR projects and initiatives, driving engagement and fostering a positive work culture. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practices. What We're Looking For

CIPD Level 5 qualification (minimum requirement). Proven experience of working across multiple sites and within diverse business environments. Strong experience of supporting field-based staff and understanding their unique challenges. Excellent knowledge of employee relations, HR best practices, and UK employment law. Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels. Confident, proactive, and able to work independently. Excellent communication and organisational skills. What We Offer
