Employment Solicitor , you’ll work closely with the Senior Solicitor, taking ownership of a varied and interesting caseload, and delivering exceptional legal advice to our clients. You will have previous experience in managing an employment law caseload and will be responsible for: Caseload includes: Contracts of employment Discrimination claims Disciplinary and grievance issues Settlement agreements TUPE guidance Unfair dismissal claims Employment Tribunals Reorganisations and redundancies Benefits Work-life balance : The firm values your well-being, offering a flexible working environment to ensure you have a healthy work-life balance.
