Subcontract Compliance Officer, Middlesborough, FTC with potential to extend Altrad are currently expanding across our business to support a portfolio of project successes, to support this growth we anticipate the need for a Subcontract Compliance Officer with experience in business central (ERP system) to manage and improve supplier qualification process per OP-402-0100-004 and process subcontractor forms (PQQ). The opportunity will support our business on a 9 month duration with potential to transition into a permanent, staff role. Why Altrad? Day to day you will ensure subcontractors Annual Insurances are kept updated along with 3yr Due Diligence PQQ Re-Reviews of all Subcontractors, while progressing other newly requested Subcontractor PQQ’s. When required you will also assist with Site queries for Subcontractor Orders on our ERP System and assist in managing HR Agency Orders. You will also ensure compliance of Subcontractors, Colleagues and self with Altrad Code of Conduct. Key Relationships Subcontractors Subcontract Colleagues Engineering Project Teams Finance Accounts Payable Senior Management / Directors So what do you need to be considered? 3+ years procurement or finance experience Used to working with ERP systems (ideally Oracle or MS Nav) Experienced user of MS suite, especially Word, Powerpoint & Excel Familiarity with procurement software A Level or Highers Qualified Altrad Babcock is an equal opportunity employer.
