Inspire students to develop a deep understanding of physical and human geography while enhancing their analytical and critical thinking skills. Monitor, assess, and provide constructive feedback on student progress, addressing diverse learning needs. Contribute to the wider school community by organizing field trips, geography-related events, and extracurricular activities. Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that promotes curiosity and academic excellence. About You You will be a qualified teacher fluent in Welsh, with a strong foundation in geography and a thorough understanding of the Curriculum for Wales. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills and a commitment to fostering a love for geography and critical thinking among students. Requirements Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent with a specialization in Geography. Fluency in Welsh, with experience teaching through the medium of Welsh. Proven experience teaching geography, ideally in a secondary school setting. A solid understanding of the Curriculum for Wales and effective assessment strategies.
