Acting as the vital link between candidates and companies, you’ll use your expertise to attract business through sales, marketing, and business development strategies. Your responsibilities include: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients and candidates. Driving business growth through innovative sales and networking strategies. Managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to placement and follow-up. Collaborating with team members to share insights and opportunities. About You
