in everything we do. The Opportunity: As a Real Estate Fee Earner with a focus on development, you’ll work with a diverse portfolio of clients on a range of high-profile development projects. You’ll handle your own caseload, providing expert advice on transactions, negotiating key terms, and coordinating with other legal professionals. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to deepen their expertise in real estate development while working on challenging and rewarding cases. Key Responsibilities: Managing a caseload of real estate development matters, including acquisitions, disposals, and leasehold transactions. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating development agreements, leases, and other related documentation. Conducting due diligence and coordinating with colleagues across departments to provide a seamless client service. Advising clients on development-related legal issues and providing practical solutions. Assisting in business development activities to support the growth of the department, including networking and attending industry events. Key Skills and Experience: 2-3 years of PQE in Real Estate, with a particular focus on development. Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. Knowledge of the development process, including planning and environmental considerations. A client-focused approach, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships. Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage deadlines and prioritize effectively. Interest in business development and networking within the real estate industry.
