MFK Recruitment are lucky enough to be working with a major regional law firm whose Contentious Probate team specializes in handling complex and high-stakes inheritance disputes, delivering expert advice and strategic solutions to clients in sensitive and often emotionally challenging situations.
We are looking for a talented and motivated Contentious Probate Solicitor to join their growing team and help them continue to deliver outstanding results.
What is the role?
Handle a diverse caseload, including disputes related to contentious probate, property litigation, contract issues, debt recovery, boundary disputes, and landlord-tenant matters. Represent both individual and corporate clients, acting for claimants as well as defendants. Manage a wide range of legal challenges across different areas of dispute resolution. Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and provide bespoke solutions to resolve disputes efficiently. Develop strong relationships with clients, providing consistent updates and exceptional client care throughout the legal process. What are we looking for?
A clean driver’s license is required, with the ability to travel between offices for client meetings when necessary. A qualified Solicitor or FILEX with a minimum of 2 years' fee-earning experience in Contentious Probate, covering both Residential and Commercial matters. Job Info
