Role Objectives:
As a Market Access Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in developing and leveraging advanced predictive and economic models to deepen the understanding of specific diseases and therapy areas. Your work will help quantify and effectively communicate the value of WEP's clients' products, supporting their commercialization and reimbursement strategies. What You'll Do:
Develop and implement market access solutions to meet clients’ needs concerning early access programmes and commercialisation of product portfolios
Gather and analyse both qualitative and quantitative data to create meaningful summaries that drive strategic thinking for our clients
Write and develop Global Value Dossiers (GVDs) and Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions, Health Economic modelling, and Early Access Programme dossiers for EU markets
Assist in the developing asset profiles, competitor landscaping, pricing scenario analyses, creating value propositions, innovative value access agreements and local market negotiation strategies on price and reimbursement
Manage each client's market access program according to the agreed statement of work
Manage meetings, communication, reports and issue management
Collaborate with all WEP departments to implement, manage, and support each client program
Develop and present slide decks to clients, including executive summaries
Drive targeted outreach for Business Development aligned with business growth and MAx business targets
Develop client proposals, Scope of Work and budget management for each client programme
What You'll Need:
A bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific field, with an MSc in Health Economics or a related quantitative discipline such as biostatistics or epidemiology preferred
Extensive client-facing experience in a Market Access consultancy or a Market Access role within the pharmaceutical industry
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and report on complex data sets effectively
Proficiency in designing and developing health economic models and analyzing patient-level data for inclusion in HTA submissions
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with internal and external stakeholders
Excellent oral and written communication skills, particularly in presenting technical information through client presentations, dossiers, or value propositions
Demonstrated ability to lead client-facing programs and manage projects effectively
Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is an asset
Experience working in a cross-functional team environment, fostering collaboration and delivering results
