Assurance Services Analyst
to join our successful Key Accounts team. This role is a Home Based/Office role. Role and Responsibilities
Working within the Assurance team, the Assurance Services Analyst is responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through accurate and effective service delivery to a portfolio of clients or tasks assigned to them. They are responsible for proactive client and supplier management in line with our KPI’s and escalating issues as required to ensure that customer satisfaction is maintained. The successful candidate's responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Providing a first-class client experience to internal and external stakeholders Accountability for ensuring allocated clients have complete and accurate invoice and data acquisition, entry and validation within customer agreed SLA timescales Maintaining database(s) with accurate data in a timely manner Ensuring debt and disconnection correspondence is resolved asap Resolving telephone and email billing and reporting enquiries from customers and suppliers Raising queries and change of tenancies with suppliers via phone/email and following through to resolution Attending conference calls and meetings with customers/suppliers as required Understanding and adhering to operational processes and procedures to manage workload and ensure business continuity Building knowledge of the energy industry and developing an understanding of queries and resolution Supporting Account Manager with various operational tasks and requirements Obtaining supply and contract details for new sites including current supplier Site additions/removals to the clients group supply agreement Assisting with objections alongside the QA team to reach resolution Sending termination notice if required Supporting meter site operations team with supply contracts for new connections Sales processing on CRM system Pricing and tendering Reading and complying with the company Health & Safety Policy; taking reasonable care for the Health & Safety of themselves and others; co-operating with managers and other employees in fulfilling our objectives and statutory duties. Experience and Qualifications
Essential: A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Customer service skills Develop an understanding of all internal processes required to carry out role analytical skills Demonstrate an aptitude for recognising patterns and inconsistencies relating to billing and consumption data Desirable: Contract reading What we offer
