Bath We are currently looking for a Personal Tax Reviewer / Manager for a growing private client tax offering. You will be managing a client portfolio and working within the tax team. Requirements: Experience within a practice environment including: Providing a technically competent taxation service to clients. Coaching more junior team members working on your jobs where necessary. Setting budgets personally and actively adhering to them, bringing matters to the attention of the manager/director. Dealing directly with clients in person and on the phone, constantly building strong relationships. Identifying and understanding clients' needs, including providing initial solutions to client challenges. Achieving annual chargeable hours targets. Being innovative in the way you approach your work and always looking for opportunities to break new ground and create efficiencies. Taking responsibility for maintaining annual training requirements and being proactive in identifying your own training needs. Adhering to internal admin including billing clients and debt collection where required. About You: Suitably qualified tax professional i.e., CTA/ATT/ACA/ACCA or QBE. You will be self-motivated, possess a good telephone manner, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with clients and colleagues. You will need an aptitude for analytical thinking, good attention to detail, and the ability to work well as part of a team or independently. You have good time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines and budgets. You are able to prepare and present information through liaising with other team members and have an understanding and appreciation of other people’s and the organisation's targets.
