Job Purpose: To deliver professional and comprehensive administrative support to the Block Management department, ensuring all operations run smoothly and efficiently. Salary: GBP30,000 - GBP40,000 DOE Main Responsibilities: Manage Health & Safety tasks, including stored water systems, FRAs, and asbestos surveys, as well as maintaining records on QUBE. Oversee planned schedules for communal electrical maintenance. Manage emergency lighting, smoke vent, and fire alarm testing schedules on QUBE. Collaborate with other departments as needed. Handle leaseholder inquiries, both verbally and in writing. Coordinate Health & Safety projects as required. Address Health & Safety matters related to office facilities, including air conditioning, water filters, and repair reports. Stay updated on all Health & Safety regulations relevant to Block Management. Undertake any additional duties as deemed appropriate by the Block Management Department Head. Details & Person Specifications: Full-time role: 37.5 hours per week (9:00 am to 5:30 pm). Primarily office based, with occasional travel to other offices as needed. Self-motivated Organised Professional Polished Driving license Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel Strong team player Multi-tasker Contact:
